I forget my password. How do I retrieve it?

You can reset your password and create a new password by: 

  1. Clicking on Log In in the top right of the Dognition website.
  2. On the Sign In page look for "Forgot your password?" under the email and password boxes.
  3. Click on "Forgot your password?"
  4. Enter your email address that is registered with Dognition.
  5. An email will be sent to you at your registered email address with the reset details.
Please reach out to Customer Support at support@dognition.com if you do not receive a password reset email.
